Dr. Jacqueline Owens has extensive experience working with children and young adults, ages 3-25 through both the assessment and intervention process in a variety of settings including private practice and traditional public, charter, and therapeutic day schools. Dr. Owens has extensive experience with students with significant ADHD, executive functioning, and learning disabilities, but also enjoys working with children and adolescents who present with anxiety and mood disorders. In more recent years, she has had greater opportunity to collaborate and consult with providers across settings, which has led her to focus on making sure that recommendations are specific to the child, understandable to school teams and parents, and feasible within the structure of a child’s daily life.
