Emma-Lorraine Baaba Bart-Plange, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a Child/Family Concentration from Loyola University Chicago. Dr. Bart-Plange completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, University Center for Excellence in Developmental and Related Disabilities, specializing in the assessment and treatment of trauma exposure.
Dr. Bart-Plange has worked in several hospitals, community health clinics, and academic medical centers in the Chicagoland area. Her goal in neuropsychological assessment is to conduct an evidence-based and holistic evaluation that highlights strengths and integrates an understanding of the systems’ impact on development. Dr. Bart-Plange has experience assessing behavioral problems, attention issues, learning difficulties, and mood, trauma, and adjustment disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults.
